Our clients include, General contractors, Architects, Owners, & Sub contractors...Our projects include but not limited to Hospital, Retail, Local State-County & Federal governments, Military installations, Homes, Office buildouts and Remodel. We can provide labor only to your project as well.
* Framing:
INTERIOR - framing of walls, ceilings, soffits, furred systems,shaft walls, fire rated systems, chasewalls, arched,round or curved specialty types.
EXTERIOR - Eyebrows, canopys, porte cashere, overhangs, storefronts, soffits, teporary dust walls.
MISCELLANEOUS SYSTEMS & PRODUCTS INSTALLED - Deflection track, SLP-TRK, Contour track, Z Furring, Box headers, C-Studs, Shaft walls, Area seperation walls, CT studs, Bridgeing, Braceing,Backing, HM & KD doorframes,tenant build outs.

* Hanging:

Insulation installed in walls and ceilings, FI Foil, Rigid, Batt, Vapor barrier, mineral wool.
Application of firecaulk & seal penetrations on rated walls.

* Texture:
We provide all types of wall & ceiling textures. Some of them include Knockdown, Splatter, Orange peel, Popcorn, Crowsfoot, or custom textures and matching existing texture to your likeing.

* Patch & Repair:
Patch & Repair work from small to large projects includes Water/flood damage, Fire damage, Natural disasters, Damage caused by other trades.

* Labor only:
Supplying labor only for you is as simple as it is put. You provide the materials and we will provide the labor to install it. Our management is on site to manage our crews as we would in all services we provide. The only difference is that you are supplying the materials. These clients are usually General contractors and Sub contractors.

* Construction Management:
Construction management is an essintial element on any project. RLW incorporates this key element on all projects we are hired for. We can provide construction management to complete your project. Blueprint reading interpetation, Supervision, Trade organization, Sub contract agreements, etc. We can be hired as an extension of your staff to coordinate, supervise, and execute your project.
